Experience: 17 years of experience in implementing Lean Management solutions in production and non-production processes as a consultant, expert and interim manager. As the President of the Management Board of Staufen Polska, he was responsible for the construction of the company and its overall activity. He implemented Lean / Operational Excellence projects in many industries and for companies such as MAN, Whirlpool, Cargotec, Huber + Suhner, Alstom and many others.
